For our new cash payment customers or potential new customers who are interested, here are a few tips on our new cash payment system:
When you are set up for Cash Payments and do not have a credit card on file to automatically process your monthly payments, you must make a payment in the amount of your full monthly service fee (including applicable taxes) before your monthly payment date. Your service will stop working if there are not enough funds in your account to cover your entire monthly service fee on the morning of your monthly payment date.
If you don’t want to worry about making a cash payment each month, the best option is to add a credit/debit card on your account for automatic payments!
- Log into MyAccount on Clear.com or select “Click to Chat”, where a representative can assist you in setting up automatic credit card payments
How to avoid service interruption

Steps to take if you miss your monthly payment:
If you did not have sufficient funds in your CLEAR account on your monthly payment date and your service is no longer working, you simply need to make your monthly payment and resume your service by initiating a new monthly service session. Three simple steps will get you back online!
Step 1: Make your cash payment through one of our available payment methods/locations.
Step 2: Connect to your CLEAR device and resume your service by initiating a new monthly service session.
Step 3: Sign in to My Account and select Pay Now to apply your cash payment to a new monthly service session that will start right away. If you need help please go to Clear.com and select “Click to Chat” with a representative who can assist you with resuming your service.
In person:

- Visit a local CLEAR store to make a payment using either cash or your credit/debit card. To find a CLEAR retail store near you, visit Clear.com/stores
- Many CLEAR authorized retailers can take cash payments. Please call the particular location in advance to ensure that it offers the cash payment option. Please note that a separate transaction fee will apply to each cash payment made.
You always can find your monthly payment date, make a one-time payment with a credit/debit card, or print your billing statement in the Account & Billing section of My Account at Clear.com/my-account
